This small 55 gal drum, fixed-dome, hydraulic-pressure digester is perfect for educational, research, or demonstration applications. It takes 1-2 pounds per day of food waste and produces about 1/4 cubic foot of biogas per day, depending on feedstock and microbial health. Pressure is sufficient for fueling a mantle lamp or providing a nice flare.
